Site visitors: This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and does not track individuals across sites. We see aggregate page views and referral sources. We do not see who you are.
Contact form submissions: When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, organization, and message. This data is stored in Netlify's form handling infrastructure (SOC 2 compliant) and forwarded to our team via email. We use it only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your information with third parties.
Interactive tools: The GRS assessment, economics calculator, governance simulator, CGS compliance checker, and other interactive tools run entirely in your browser. No input data is transmitted to our servers. Your results are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leave your device.
Cadence governance cycles operate exclusively on de-identified claims data delivered via structured CSV under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). No identifiable Protected Health Information (PHI) is accessed, transmitted, processed, or stored by this site or by the governance process. De-identification follows HIPAA Safe Harbor or Expert Determination methods.
Portal data is stored via Supabase (PostgreSQL, SOC 2 Type II compliant, hosted on AWS). De-identified governance cycle data is processed and stored under BAA.

All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Cadence, LLC maintains SOC 2-aligned security practices and executes Business Associate Agreements with all pilot clients. Portal authentication is managed with encrypted credential storage. Governance data is stored with row-level security policies.
This site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
